Currently he is a senior advisor to Willdan Energy Solutions a large national technical services and engineering firm serving utility, government and commercial markets.

Owner of Energy WorkNet LLC and a highly respected energy expert with over 40 years of technical and business experience. At First Solar, he led plant optimization and advanced technology applications including battery energy storage systems that supported utility-scale PV from 40 to 400 MW globally.

Steve held senior roles at Willdan Energy Solutions focused on microgrids and decarbonization, and was an executive at National Grid US and its utility predecessors for over 20 years where he pioneered renewables and emerging energy technologies. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in NY and was named the Energy Engineer of the Year (2023) by the NYC Association of Energy Engineers.

Partner at Global Carbon Fund and former utility  executive, including leading innovation at NationalGrid US. Former Director of Planning at the Gas Research Institute. Earned a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and a doctorate in Aeronautics from the University of Washington. Has authored more than 70 technical papers in energy and cleantech.

Energy and sustainability researcher with extensive background in economic modeling. Jason has built complex forecasting tools to support public and private research projects focused on solar developments, EV rollouts, smart grid plans and biofuels plants. He has done feasibility assessments for city and state government entities in the US and internationally. Jason is a former US Navy Nuclear Power Engineer.

Ken served as the Chief Operating Officer of Terra-Gen Power LLC (an Arc Light Energy company) a major owner, developer and operator of renewable and clean energy assets. He was Sr. Vice President of Caithness Energy, a large renewables developer, running various finance and development affiliates. Ken, for more than 20 years, was  Vice President of NextEra Energy building power plants in wind, solar and other renewable conventional technologies.

Has been is a financial executive with experience in financial structuring, transaction modeling and project underwriting. She has extensive experience in renewables and utility finance including valuations and tax structures. Mandy most recently was Managing Director at Duff & Phelps handling Power and Utilities Department and was a Senior Director for Valuations at NextEra Energy.
