Tony Altmann

Company Founder was a senior executive at NextEra Energy, where he championed renewable investing and led commercial efforts to expand in wind, solar, biomass and hydro. Tony has been a successful operator and entrepreneur and has built, bought and sold companies in diverse fields including energy services, cleantech, healthcare, environmental and renewables. He serves on various private company boards and acts as principal executive or advisor to founders and investment groups. Current work includes energy, healthcare, real estate and technology. Tony holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Joseph Franceschi, Ph. D.

Over 30 years of experience in environmental and engineering fields. He is a well known expert in ‘green tech’ project design and development including bio-fuels plants based on environmentally friendly feedstocks. He is a recognized expert in environmental sciences and was most recently an Operating Advisor for Pegasus Capital managing cleantech investing solutions..

Samuel Bernstein, Ph.D.

Has authored more than 70 technical papers and has several US technology patents. He was most recently Special Assistant to the Chairman of NationalGrid US where he focused on new technology ventures, having previously started and run several technology companies related to energy and the environment.

Ken Hoffman

Ken served as the Chief Operating Officer of Terra-Gen Power LLC (an Arc Light Energy company) a major owner, developer and operator of renewable and clean energy assets. He was Sr. Vice President of Caithness Energy, a large independent renewables company, running various finance and development affiliates. Ken, for more than 20 years, was  Vice President of NextEra Energy building and operating wind farms, solar plants and conventional power plants. Prior to NextEra Energy, Ken was a senior executive at Florida Power & Light.

Sonal Mahida

Has held senior positions in the ESG and impact investing field including  Head of North America for Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), the world’s leading network for major ESG investors, Vice President of CDP USA, and Senior Governance Analyst at TIAA-CREF She also led Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at Hess Energy.

Karoline Barwinksi

Is a researcher and Project Manager at Harvard’s Chan School of Health and Environment. She also spent six years in ESG investing analytics and worked on climate change initiatives at Zevin Asset Management and ClearBridge.  

Rob Nordhagen

Is a senior accounting and analytics professional that performs outsourced special project work for Fortune 500 companies as well as private equity firms. He has been a senior director in treasury and accounting roles at Siemens and Sunbeam and was a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems in Dallas Texas.

Mandy Fryer

Has been is a financial executive with experience in financial structuring, transaction modeling and project underwriting. She has extensive experience in renewables and utility finance including valuations tax structures. Mandy most recently was Managing Director at Duff & Phelps handling Power and Utilities Department. She was also a Senior Director for Valuations at NextEra Energy.
